Wash the chicken, cut it into pieces. Put chicken, smoked ham (or brisket) into a saucepan. Pour cold water, put on fire. Bring to a boil, cook over low heat until chicken is tender.
While the chicken is cooking, cut into smoked cubes.
Peel, wash, and dice the onion.
Cut pickled cucumbers into cubes.
Peel carrots, wash, grate on a coarse grater.
Remove the chicken, peel, and skin, cut into pieces.
Place all meat ingredients in a saucepan. Boil. Cook for 15 minutes.
Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put onions and carrots in hot oil. Simmer, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add the tomato. Mix. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Put prepared cucumbers in a frying pan, mix. Simmer on the lowest heat for 5 minutes.
Layout the frying, salt and pepper. Simmer everything together under the lid for 10 minutes.
Wash and finely chop the herbs. Add to the hodgepodge. Remove from heat.
