Instructions

  1. Dice turkey or chicken or cut into fine strips. Also cut half the small onion into fine strips.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and quickly fry the meat in portions. Add the onion cubes and season with a little salt. Dust with a little flour and immediately add the coconut milk. Simmer gently for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the cream or crème fraiche and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season to taste with curry powder and pepper and add a few herbs as desired. Mix in the diced pineapple with juice and briefly bring to the boil again.
  3. Basmati rice or noodles go well with it.
