Prepare a meat dough from mince, egg, onion, breadcrumbs, mustard and tomato paste (to taste) and spices. Cut the young Gouda into cubes and mix with the meat batter. Cut the rolls open and spread the meat batter on top. Make sure that the meat dough extends all the way to the edge, otherwise the rolls will get too dry at the edge.
Bake in a preheated oven (180 ° C) for about 10 - 12 minutes. After the baking time, it is best to lift the mince up a little with a fork and see whether it is really done. Then cover each half of the bun with paprika rings, tomato slices and the cheese slices. Put in the oven again until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
