Instructions

1. On June 24th or Midsummer Day, harvest green walnuts, cut into small pieces and place in a glass with the other ingredients.
2. Let it stand on the windowsill in the sunlight for the first three weeks and move around from time to time. Then let it stand in the dark cellar until Christmas. Strain and enjoy as bitters.
