Instructions

  1. Cut the green of the kohlrabi leaves into fine strips. Grate the kohlrabi and radishes into fine slices with the grater. Mix oil, mustard, honey, vinegar and water to a creamy sauce, season with salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together and leave to stand in the refrigerator for about 1/2 hour.
