Instructions
Melt the butter, sweat the flour in it and pour hot milk over it. Bring to the boil, gradually stir in the cream. Add the tomatoes and parmesan cheese, stir in. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and plenty of paprika powder.
