Instructions

  1. Put the water, the pinch of salt and the raisins in a saucepan that is not too wide and bring to the boil. Then pour in the oat flakes while stirring and reduce the heat, the mixture should only simmer gently. Always stir well so that nothing burns. After about 5 minutes, when the mixture begins to thicken, mix in the finely chopped banana. Put the portion on a deep plate, sprinkle with the cane sugar, add the almonds and pour the desired amount of milk over them.
