Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and cut into slices approx. 0.5 cm thick. Stone the plums and apricots, cut in half.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and let it cool down. Sift the flour and mix with the baking powder. Mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy, then gradually add the cooled, still liquid butter to the egg mixture, spoon by spoon. Keep stirring and gradually add the flour and baking powder mixture. Finally stir in the cream. Grease the tray or line with baking paper and spread the dough on until the tray is half full. Place the fruit on the dough (with apples or plums, you should leave some space between the pieces of fruit so that the dough can arch nicely over the fruit). Sprinkle the apricots with flaked almonds, apples and plums with cinnamon. Bake at 180 degrees C (convection oven) for about 30-40 minutes until golden yellow.
