Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, sugar and yolks together until frothy. Add the vanilla sugar, rum and milk. Egg white with 2 tablespoon. Whip granulated sugar. Mix the flour and baking powder and add the nuts and egg whites to the yolk mixture. Line the baking sheet with baking paper, spread the mixture on top and sprinkle with grated apples (drizzled with lemon juice), nuts, cinnamon and granulated sugar. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees (hot air). Sprinkle with icing sugar.
