Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to approx. 180-200 °.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on the baking sheet or in a baking dish. Cover with goat cheese, then cut the pear into thin slices and spread on top of the cheese. Now sprinkle some thyme on top, salt, pepper and put in the oven until the dough is golden brown (approx. 15-20 minutes). Then take it out of the oven, drizzle with the honey and serve warm!
