In a saucepan, bring the curd, buttermilk, milk and water to the boil with the addition of salt.
Mix the flour with a little water to form a flour dough, making sure that no lumps remain. Stir this flour dough into the boiling milk soup and briefly bring to the boil again.
Then take the saucepan off the stove and stir in the sour cream and sweet cream well, the soup must never boil again. If you like, you can add salt to taste.
If you like small lumps of milk in the soup, you can mix in cottage cheese.
