Instructions
- Cut potatoes into small cubes.
- Bring 1 liter of salted water to a boil in a large pot over high heat.
- Add potatoes and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- While potatoes cook, whisk sour cream with flour in a bowl until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium. Slowly pour the sour cream mixture into the pot while stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Gently slide 4 raw eggs into the simmering soup one at a time, stirring gently after adding each egg.
- Simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until egg whites are fully cooked and soup is heated through.
