Clean and wash salads, drain well, cut into bite-sized pieces or pluck. Remove the stalk from the sharon fruit, peel and cut the flesh into small pieces.
For the dressing, stir together the orange and lime juice, honey, salt and pepper and fold in the oil. Mix with the salads, sharon fruit and pomegranate seeds, season to taste. Sprinkle with the roughly chopped walnuts and crumbled blue cheese before serving.
