Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the iceberg lettuce. Wash and quarter the apples. Remove the core and cut the pulp into pieces. Peel the satsumas and cut them into pieces. Put everything in a bowl.
  2. Squeeze the orange and mix the juice with salt, mustard, oil and herbs well and pour the dressing over the salad. Mix it and let it steep.
  3. Tip: if you like, you can add a few pine nuts.
