Instructions

  1. Sauté the chopped onion in oil, then add the chopped apples and simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes. Pour white wine on top and let simmer for 10 minutes on the stove over a low flame. Salt and pepper with it. Then add the soy cream and sugar (non-vegans use honey) and puree everything. Finally fold in the horseradish.
