Ingredients

• 500 ml oil, tasteless
• 1 package mushrooms, mixed, dried
• 10 grains allspice, or more
• 5 juniper berries, or more
• 1 bay leaf
• 10 g salt, coarse

Instructions

1. Fill all ingredients into a clean container (I use large swing top jars) and let it steep for at least three weeks in a warm place, then strain, fill into clean bottles and store in a cool place.
