- Core and finely dice the cucumber. Halve the avocado, divide one half again and cut one of the quarters into small cubes and set aside.
- Put 3/4 of the avocado with the clove of garlic and 4 tablespoons of yogurt in a bowl to puree.
- Rub the peel of the lime and mix with the parsley, diced cucumber and the remaining diced avocado. Fold in the avocado-yogurt mixture.
- Depending on your taste, you can add the juice of the lime.
- It goes well with bread, fish or vegetable sticks.
