Ingredients

For the vinaigrette:

Instructions

  1. Cut the mozzarella into pieces. Stir together the ingredients for the vinaigrette. Wash the spring onions, pat dry and cut into rings. Wash the basil, pat dry and cut into strips.
  2. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and peel, then cut into thin slices and lay out nicely on a plate or platter. Put the small mozzarella cubes in the middle and the spring onion on top.
  3. Drizzle everything with the vinaigrette and sprinkle with basil on top and around it. Let cool briefly in the refrigerator.
  4. If you don`t use habanero honey and use a chilli pepper instead, wash, core, chop and sprinkle over the avocado before continuing with the mozzarella and herbs.
