Instructions

  1. Roast the pine nuts in a pan (without fat!). Halve, core and peel the avocado and pear. Quarter and cut into thin slices.
  2. Place the slices alternately on plates and drizzle with the lime juice and pumpkin seed oil. Slice the parmesan into wafer-thin slices and sprinkle with it. Pour pine nuts over it. Season with salt and pepper.
