Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados into small cubes. Cut the onion into fine cubes. Cut the salmon into small strips. Cut the chives into fine rolls.
  2. Carefully mix all ingredients with the juice of half a lemon and the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Tastes wonderful as a spread or just as a salad.
