Instructions

  1. Peel the ripe avocado and cut into pieces. Cut the spring onions into small rings and chop the parsley. Mash all ingredients (including capers and olive oil) in a bowl or a deep plate with a fork and mix. Then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Serve garnished with parsley.
  3. Cut the carrots, bell peppers and other vegetables into strips and serve with them.
