Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the avocado and remove the stone. Wash the apricots, cut them in half and remove the stone.
  2. Cut the avocado and apricots into small pieces and mix with the yogurt, milk and lemon juice. Add sugar or agave syrup to taste and serve in glasses.
