Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Finely dice the onion, halve the spring onions lengthways and cut into pieces approx. 1 cm in size. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Now heat the oil in a pan and fry the bacon cut into fine strips until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Fry the onion in the bacon fat. Dust with flour and sweat. Don`t let it turn brown. Deglaze with the broth and cream and simmer for about 2 - 3 minutes so that everything gets the right consistency.
Add the bacon, spring onions and tomatoes to the sauce and bring to the boil briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lime juice. Add the finely diced avocado and the cooked noodles. Mix briefly and serve.
