Hard boil the egg. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and put the pulp in a small bowl. Add the cream cheese, lemon and Tabasco, squeeze everything to a creamy mass and stir. If children eat with me, I would leave Tabasco out.
Finely chop the wild garlic (my garlic substitute when it is in season) and stir in. Cut the egg into small pieces and stir in gently. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
