Remove the peel from the avocado - either peel it off or carefully remove the avocado with a tablespoon. Then cut into slices and serve on the plate.
Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes and spread on the plate. Drizzle with the olive oil, season with a little sea salt and pepper. Spread the garden cress generously over it.
It can be served as a vegetarian main course with wholemeal bread or something similar or as an accompaniment to meat.
