Instructions

  1. Clean the lettuce and cut into fine strips. Spread in a bowl. Cut or dice the chicken breasts into thin strips and pour over the salad. Peel the avocados and cut into thin slices. Drizzle with lemon juice and pour over the chicken. Chop the nuts and pour over the avocados.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, salt, pepper and, if you like, cognac or tabasco to a sauce and pour over the salad. Decorate with mint and serve well chilled.
