Instructions

  1. Wash the coriander, shake it dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Wash the chillies. Halve a chili pepper lengthways and remove the stones, coarsely dice the pulp. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and remove the pulp from the skin with a spoon.
  2. Finely puree the milk together with the avocado, coriander, except for something to garnish, the chilli cubes and the lime juice. Season to taste with salt and Tabasco.
  3. Arrange in pretty glasses and garnish with chili peppers, coriander and tabasco.
