Instructions

  1. The milk and pulp should be as cold as possible.
  2. Cut a ripe avocado around the hard core and spoon out the pulp.
  3. Put all ingredients in the blender and puree for 1 minute at the highest level until foamy and season to taste.
  4. Pour into sufficiently large glasses, garnish and serve with a drinking straw and long teaspoon.
