Instructions

  1. Mash the released flesh of the avocado with a fork, then mix in the cream cheese and garlic. Mix everything well and season with freshly ground sea salt and pepper. Cover and leave to stand in the refrigerator for approx. 2 hours and take out of the refrigerator approx. 30 minutes before consumption.
  2. This dip goes well with grilled garlic and rosemary potatoes.
