Instructions

  1. Halve and core the avocados. Remove the pulp from the shell with a spoon and mash it with a fork in a bowl. Add the lemon juice to keep the paste nice and green. Peel and crush the garlic cloves in the bowl. Add yoghurt, stir everything well and season with salt. Finely grind the peppercorns, cardamom, cumin and coriander in a mortar, mix with the remaining spices and stir into the cream.
  2. If possible, chill for 30 minutes before serving and let it steep.
