Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and core the avocado. Puree with the hand blender together with the lemon juice. Press the garlic and stir in, season with pepper (be economical, better season again) and salt. Season to taste with lemon juice.
  2. The dip tastes best when it has been steeped for a few hours. Tastes very tasty with fresh baguette.
