Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado open in the middle, remove the stone, remove the peel from the pulp. Drizzle the latter with the lemon juice. Press the cloves of garlic, puree with the avocado pulp and yogurt. Season to taste with salt, a pinch of cayenne pepper and white pepper.
