  1. Halve the avodaco, remove the core and remove the avocado pulp with a teaspoon and place in a blender. Peel and cut the banana into 2 to 4 pieces and add. Halve and stone the plum as well and place in the blender along with the blackberries and lemon wedge.
  2. Fill up to the 1 liter mark with water and mix at the highest level. Depending on the desired consistency and taste, add more water and a little cinnamon if necessary.
