Cut the onion and chives into small pieces. Then heat some oil in a pan and fry the minced meat in it. Add the onion and fry briefly. Then deglaze with the tomatoes and season with oregano, paprika powder, chilli flakes, chives, salt and pepper.
Then wash and quarter the tomatoes. Halve and core the avocado and scoop out a little, but not completely. Roughly chop the pulp and add to the minced meat with the tomatoes. Carefully fold in and heat briefly.
Now fill the avocado halves with the minced meat mixture. Finally, just sprinkle the cheese on top and serve.
