  1. The avocado should be ripe! If you press lightly on the shell with your finger, a dent remains. Then the avocado is ripe.
  2. Cut the avocado lengthways along the core and take the halves apart. Remove the pit and scrape out the avocado halves with a spoon. Peel the kiwi, banana and pear and cut into large pieces. Squeeze half a lemon.
  3. Put all ingredients in a blender, add agave syrup if you like, until you get the sweetness you want. Mix everything well until you have a drinkable or spoonable mixture. The lemon will keep the avocado from turning brown! Instead of agave syrup - vegan - you can of course also use honey, sugar or sweetener.
