Scrape the pulp of the avocados from the skin and mix with the sour cream. To do this, add the finely chopped walnuts and the juice of the lime. If you like, you can also add the juice of a second lime. Mix everything together and season with salt and sugar. If you like it a bit spicy, you can add some finely chopped chilli before serving. In this case, do not let it steep for too long, otherwise the sharpness will develop too much.
This fruity and creamy dip goes wonderfully with grilling or tortilla chips.
