Cut the avocado into slices and drizzle with the freshly squeezed lime juice.
Cut the mango into small cubes and add to the avocado. Mix with salt, chilli flakes, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
For the toast, put the olive oil, salt and garlic in a deep container and chop up with a hand blender. Toast the bread and drizzle with the garlic sauce and serve with the salad.
