Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado and remove the core. Put the pulp in a mixing bowl and stir with a hand mixer until smooth. Squeeze the garlic clove and add to the avocado mousse with vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir in the oil drop by drop while beating continuously. Season the mayonnaise with salt and pepper and serve with cold meat or vegetables.
