Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
Put the avocado, dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and lemon juice in a food processor and mix until a homogeneous cream is obtained. If you don`t have a food processor, you can also use a hand blender. Add the grated Parmesan to the cream and stir in well.
Drain the cooked pasta and immediately add the cream to the pasta. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
