Mix the ingredients for the dressing and season with soy sauce, salt, pepper, lemon juice, Worcester sauce and chilli flakes and let it steep for about half an hour.
Put the plucked lettuce and the halved tomatoes in a large bowl. Peel the avocado and cut into bite-sized pieces. Add the sunflower seeds and dressing to prevent the avocado from turning brown.
Finally fry the meat together with plenty of oil until it is cooked through. Garnish the finished salad with the fried chicken breast strips and serve.
