Core the tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Finely chop the chives and add to the tomato pieces in the bowl. Cut the smoked salmon into fine strips and add to the bowl. Cut the pulp of the avocados into cubes as best you can and add them directly to the other ingredients in the bowl. Mix everything carefully and season with plenty of lemon juice, salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle the coriander greens over the salad.
