Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and remove the pulp and puree in the blender. Add the yogurt to the avocado puree and stir.
  2. Core and finely chop the chilli. Finely chop the coriander or parsley as well. Then add to the avocado yogurt mixture. Season to taste with the juice of half a lemon and salt and pepper.
  3. A delicious dip for baguette or bread, raw vegetables or grilled meat. The recipe comes from South Africa and was successfully tested by us during the 2010 World Cup.
