Instructions

  1. Divide the avocados, remove the stones and peel. Cut 1 1/2 avocados into pieces and drizzle the remaining half of the fruit with lemon juice.
  2. Puree the avocado pieces, chicken stock and crème frâiche. Reheat the soup and add the sherry. Do not let it boil, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the remaining avocado into small cubes, add to the soup and serve.
  4. Serve with white bread, the soup can also be eaten cold.
