Instructions

  1. Wash the leafy vegetables and shake them briefly. Put the lettuce, pineapple, avocado, coconut oil and spirulina powder in a blender and add water. Blend creamy for 30 seconds at the highest level.
  2. If you like, you can add some crushed ice. If it is too creamy for you, you can add a little water, coconut water or almond milk.
  3. Clamp a slice of lemon to the glass to garnish.
