- Mix the yoghurt, creme fraiche and tomato paste.
- Squeeze the garlic clove. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and a little nutmeg.
- Put the crabs in the yogurt cream.
- Halve the avocado and remove the stone.
- TIP:
- Cut the avocado meat into small cubes with a knife that is not too sharp, then it can be easily spooned.
- Pour the cream in halves and eat with a teaspoon.
- Make sure that you take ripe avocados with soft meat.
- With some toasted ciabatta bread or toast.
