Instructions

  1. Mix the yoghurt, creme fraiche and tomato paste.
  2. Squeeze the garlic clove. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and a little nutmeg.
  3. Put the crabs in the yogurt cream.
  4. Halve the avocado and remove the stone.
  5. TIP:
  6. Cut the avocado meat into small cubes with a knife that is not too sharp, then it can be easily spooned.
  7. Pour the cream in halves and eat with a teaspoon.
  8. Make sure that you take ripe avocados with soft meat.
  9. With some toasted ciabatta bread or toast.
