Instructions

  1. Whisk lemon juice with 2 tablespoons of water, salt, pepper, sugar and olive oil. Finely dice the onion and ginger and stir in.
  2. Peel and halve the avocado, remove the stone and dice the pulp. Mix the avocado into the dressing, season to taste and serve sprinkled with coriander greens.
