Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and dice the pulp. Quarter the tomatoes, remove the stalks and cut into small slices. Cut the mint into small pieces. Put everything in a bowl and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well and refrigerate if necessary.
