Instructions

  1. Roll out the bread slice thinly with the pasta roller.
  2. Drizzle the avocado with lemon juice and finely mash or puree with a fork.
  3. Spread the avocado mixture thinly on the tramezzini bread and roll it up from the two short sides towards the middle. You can leave a 2 cm wide strip free when painting so that the compound does not run out. Separate the two resulting rolls in the middle.
  4. Either cut it into slices or put the whole roll in your hand.
  5. My daughter loves it as a breakfast or snack in between. Tastes very good to me too!
  6. Variation: add some garlic or cayenne pepper.
