Instructions

  1. Halve the avocados, hollow them out a little and immediately drizzle with lime juice. Mix the crab meat in a bowl with the chopped avocado meat and the mandarins. Add cocktail sauce, white pepper, salt and a little chopped dill, possibly some lime juice and mix. Pour into the avocado and decorate with a sprig of dill.
