Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Then brush the cut surfaces with 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the ham into small cubes.
  3. Put the bell pepper, onion, ham and cream cheese in a bowl. Mix with the rest of the lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  4. Pour the cheese cream into the avocado halves, sprinkle with the walnuts and enjoy.
  5. Tip: prepare as a vegetarian option without ham.
