- Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Then brush the cut surfaces with 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cut the ham into small cubes.
- Put the bell pepper, onion, ham and cream cheese in a bowl. Mix with the rest of the lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Pour the cheese cream into the avocado halves, sprinkle with the walnuts and enjoy.
- Tip: prepare as a vegetarian option without ham.
